Deependra’s experience and personality make him the ideal Country Director for Equal Access Nepal. At his arrival ceremony, after each individual in the 40-person office introduced themselves to him, he said that he was very happy to join such a youthful team and that he himself feels like a young person. Various Equal Access Nepal team members reciprocated that they were equally happy to accept him as one of them.
